At Northwest Builds LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

1. Returns

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow [10 Days] for the refund to be reflected in your account.

3. Exchanges
